Sweet Strawberry Woman!
Love this - did your Donna Reed live on 19th Avenue in Rock Island IL?
Hope you & family all well - all ok in midwest - working part time at County Senior Center now. Staying Alive with fewer (only 1) rx.

Will send written reply to your letter of - May? Thank you (dreadfully late) for two writing books - exercises in progress.

Best,
Terriska

I think she would approve...
I remember she was quite a gal....
smoking cigarettes...
sending me to DePulma's (sp) grocery to get smokes...
the old icebox...
an old Victrola upstairs...
her second husband...getting his feet rubbed...
don't remember too much about Faye and Kenny...
thought of Linda the other day listening to Sirrius 50s and "cha boom, cha boom"
put me in a dress cause I wouldn't behave when she was watching over me....
remember her in the front bedroom toward the end...
what a fighter...
Think of her often....

Hi Ann,
It took a while but I finally found time to write to you. It was nice meeting up with you again.
The Woodstock conf was great. I've already read most of the books I bought there. My own web-site is up. Please check it out when you have a chance. I've started a blog. I'd happy to send you a few chapters from my memoir. Do you have an email address? Please let me know the next time you're coming to Albany.
Thanks,
BJ

Even though mountain ranges, seemingly endless fields of corn and soy, and even time sets us apart, when I read your words I can see you as clear as summer's wind; the voice in my head isn't mine - I can hear you reading to me. I feel your presence in these words and I swear I can even sometimes smell you. I am so grateful and thankful for you, Mama. I love you!
